Support

Newspool is an NZB and Usenet client for iPhone and iPad. It requires an account with a Usenet provider. Search additionally requires a compatible Newznab indexer.

Before contacting support

• Verify the provider host, port, username, and password.
• Enable TLS and use the TLS port recommended by your provider.
• Use “Test Connection” after changing provider settings.
• For search problems, verify the indexer URL and API key.
• Make sure the device has sufficient free storage for downloads and extraction.
